'File FIR against Mhada babus for Rs 40k cr loss'

In a significant judgement, Bombay high court on Wednesday directed the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of Mumbai police to register an FIR within five days in a complaint filed in 2016 alleging "unholy nexus between defaulting developers and Mhada officials'' that caused a loss of Rs 40,000 crore to the state exchequer.
