Mumbai youths biggest victim of fatal mishaps

Where road accidents in Mumbai are concerned, youngsters figure prominently on both ends of the spectrum. The maximum number (134) of the 475 victims of fatal accidents last year as well as the maximum offenders during the period (97 crashes) were in the same age bracket of 20-to-30 years.
