5-year-old boy falls into open manhole, drowns

A five-year-old boy, who was flying kites on Makar Sankranti on Wednesday, allegedly drowned in an open manhole near a construction site in Nalasopara. Vansh Chandaliya’s body was fished out of the manhole, which was filled with water, on Thursday.
