Mum: Attempt to kidnap 11-yr-old girl foiled, held

In a suspected case of kidnapping of an 11-year-old girl, locals from the J J Marg area caught two men, assaulted them, and then handed them over to the police. They alleged that the two accused men were trying to force the girl to ‘sniff their napkin’. They were arrested on kidnapping charges. The police also invoked sections of Pocso.
