K'taka most innovative state: Niti Aayog

With its technology edge, Karnataka has topped the first-ever innovation ranking of states by Niti Aayog. Karnataka’s high ranking was due to its scores in performance indicators like human capital, investment, knowledge workers and knowledge output.
