Karnataka HC gives mom custody of 5-yr-old girl

An investment banker, who quit her job to take care her five-year-old daughter, has been given the girl’s custody, after the high court quashed a Benglauru family court order granting her only visitation rights and 50% custody during summer, Dasara and winter vacations.
