A Bengaluru-based chef was sent to judicial custody after he was arrested in Hampi for vandalizing two stone pillars at Vijaya Vittala temple. This is the second such incident at the world heritage site in less than a year; four youths were arrested for vandalising stone pillars at the same temple.
