Eight years after triple blasts claimed 26 lives in the city, a special court on Friday framed charges against two of the 11 accused in the case. The duo, Sayed Ismail Lanka and Saddham Hussain Khan, were brought to the city from Bengaluru Central Prison where they are currently lodged. They pleaded not guilty to the charges. On July 13, 2011, a series of bomb explosions rocked the city. There were blasts at Opera House, Zaveri Bazaar and at a bus stop near Dadar kabutarkhana. A total of 26 lives were lost and 130 people were injured.
