Labrador pup rescued, parent booked for neglect

A two-and-a-half-month-old Labrador puppy who was not being looked after well by her parents in 6th Block, Koramangala, and was suffering from nutritional deficiency was rescued on Sunday by volunteers, after girls who lived in a PG opposite the house lodged a complaint through a Facebook group.
