S Mumbai: Deora to take up crime against women

City Congress chief Milind Deora, who is contesting for the Lok Sabha polls from Mumbai South, has taken up crimes against women as an election agenda following a TOI report that mentioned a 172% increase in rape cases in south Mumbai in five years. Deora said that the spurt in crime in the tony areas of the city is alarming and the issue isnt being discussed or debated enough.
