Forty-eight-year-old actor Urmila Matondkar has filed her nomination at Mumbai suburban collector office in Bandra on Monday and declared her movable assets worth Rs 41 crore, including shares, bonds and mutual fund (worth Rs 28.28 crore) and a Mercedes car.
