Can tolerate criticism not humiliation of leaders: Manipur CM on journalist`s detention under NSA

Wangkhem was detained under the National Security Act (NSA) in the last week of November by the BJP-led coalition government in Manipur. He has been sentenced to a 12-month jail term.
