Maintenance manuals for most flyovers ‘missing’

Bridge maintenance manuals — compilations of crucial technical details such as design, materials used and recommended frequency of repairs — for 25 of the 26 flyovers in BBMP’s care have been misplaced or lost, TOI has learned.
