Man smeared girlfriend’s hair with blood before killing her & then self

Police probing Friday’s Neelam Guest House murder and suicide case have found that the accused smeared the parting of his girlfriend’s hair with his blood, mimicking the custom of applying vermilion during marriage, before killing her.
