HC bats for Mum man to bring home his Pakistani wife

Two years after a Mumbai resident got married in Karachi, he may finally be able to get his Pakistani bride home. A division bench of Justice Ravindra Borde and Justice Nijamoodin Jamadar has directed the Union government to consider the application for a ‘visitor’s visa’ filed by Mumbai Central resident Aamir Vadgama’s wife Rabiya Husaain.
