Mum’s biggest building deal for BKC tower sealed

The biggest deal in Mumbai for a single building was finally concluded last week, two months after TOI first reported about it. The Rs 2,500-crore deal between global real estate investor Blackstone and Radius Developers for the One BKC building in Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) was sealed last Thursday, said property market sources.
