Mum bridges: BMC looks to emulate army's speed

Taking inspiration from the army, which constructed the foot over-bridge at Prabhadevi station in a record 117 days, BMC is looking at ways to rebuild all dilapidated bridges in three months instead of the 18 to 24 months it usually takes.
