1st minority cut-offs at Xavier's, Andrew's dip

In early indication that junior college cut-offs could be lower this year, the first minority merit list announced for Christian students at St Xavier's College, Fort, and St Andrew's College, Bandra, saw a dip across streams. Other minority colleges are scheduled to announce their merit lists later this week.
