104 lecturers drew salary, but had no one to teach

After several government-run pre-university colleges had zero admissions in some subject combinations last year, the Department of Pre-University Education (DPUE) directed its deputy directors in all districts to collect data about lecturers with no students to teach. At the last count, there were 104 such teachers.
