South Bombay restaurant downs shutters

Following a civic notice, the eight-decade-old Army Restaurant at Kala Ghoda downed its shutters, but the BMC staff that visited the premises on Friday served a show-cause notice stating that they found the eatery "operational". To add to the confusion, there was a sign pasted on the shutters saying the restaurant is closed for Persian New Year.
