M'luru woman who posed as IGP Roopa arrested

A woman from Mangaluru has been arrested on charges of impersonating inspector general of police (home guards) D Roopa. Claiming to be the officer, the 45-year-old had called a senior cop in Lucknow and asked him to book a hotel room.
