K'taka farmers left in lurch as water turns black

Over 50 farmers from Burlahatti in Athani taluk, Belagavi, who have been running from pillar to post seeking resolution of the polluted ground water resources in their village, met Karnataka State Pollution Control Board (KSPCB) officials on Monday.
