Shivakumara Swami passes away: A chronology

111-year old Shivakumara Swami, chief pontiff of Siddaganga Mutt passed away in Karnataka's Tumakuru at 11.44am on Monday following ill health. He was being treated for lung infection and other age-related ailments for the last few months. He had been put on ventilator for the last one week on and off.
