Whenever a Navi Mumbai Municipal Transport (NMMT) bus speeds or has an unscheduled halt on route, the crew immediately gets a call, and assistance if needed. For, every NMMT bus is monitored through GPS at a command centre in Belapur since the Integrated Intelligent Transport Management System (IITMS) was started 18 months ago.
