Pending cases in K'taka courts rise by 70,000

In just five months, the number of pending cases in Karnataka courts increased by nearly 70,000 even as the number of judges remains the same. While the figure stood at 16.3 lakh on April 6, 2018, it’s exceeded 16.9 lakh as of September 14.
