Odd-Even: Exemption for 2-wheelers, women

Two-wheelers and women-driven cars will be exempted from Odd-Even scheme if it is enforced in case of emergency due to high pollution level in Delhi with the SC on Monday staying the NGTorder directing the government to make it applicable for all vehicles.
