K'taka: Central team visits flood-hit Udupi, DK

A 3-member inter-ministerial central team (IMCT)headed by Bhartendu Kumar Singh, deputy secretary, union ministry of finance deputed by the Centre visited Udupi and Dakshina Kannada districts to undertake assessment of damage caused by floods.
