DCW: Why Nirbhaya convicts not hanged yet?

Delhi Commission for Women issued notice to Tihar Jail on the pending execution of convicts of the Nirbhaya case. Even after a review petition was rejected by the Supreme Court, there is no clarity on when the men will be executed.
