In the weeks leading up to Independence Day, if you are walking or driving in Delhi, you are bound to spot sellers, across the city, and especially at traffic signals, selling flags. While the scene is no different this year, there is one major change in the kind of flags being sold – plastic flags, which were sold till last year, have gone missing this time.
