Starvation deaths: Notice to Delhi govt, WCD min

The National Human Rights Commission on Thursday issued notices to the Delhi government and the WCD ministry over deaths of three minor sisters in Mandwali allegedly due to starvation, and asked them to send reports in four weeks.
