Heavy rains lash Karnataka's coastal districts

Heavy rain has continued to lash the coastal districts of Karnataka. In 24 hours ending 8.30am on Friday, Kukkehalli in Udupi recorded the state’s highest rainfall of 189 mm. Widespread moderate to heavy rainfall is likely over coastal Karnataka up to 8am on Saturday.
